Admission Arrangements

Foundation Stage One (Nursery)

Parents are asked to register their interest in our school as early as possible to inform the school of future numbers.  If you have registered an interest then we will send you an application form to complete in October prior to the following September start date.

Applications for our Nursery are available directly from the school or via the link below.  Please complete all sections of the form and send these directly to the school.  Parents are notified whether a place is available from February prior to the September intake.

We do offer January and April early start dates if we have places available.  If your child qualifies for an early start we will inform you.

 

 

Foundation Stage Two (Reception)

Admission to Reception class in September for children who have had their fourth birthday on or before 31st August

Closing date for on time applications is 15th January, 2019

The National offer day is 16th April, 2019.  Online applications will receive a decision email on the day and decisions will be posted out to all applications on the day.

Closing dates for late applications are

  • Forms received by 16th April, 2019 – decision letters will be posted out on 30th April, 2019
  • Forms received by 30th April, 2019 – decision letters will be posted out on 31st May, 2019
  • Forms received after 30th April, 2019 up to 1st August will be processed on an ongoing basis

Important:  Please print off and complete the Roman Catholic Additional Information form for Catholic schools and send it directly to the school.

If you are unable to access the admissions website, you can obtain a paper copy of the application form from the school office.

If you would like to apply for a place at our school then please contact the school to request a place.  All new parents are expected to meet with the Executive Head Teacher or School Manager prior to a place being offered.

Pupils are normally admitted to a school at the start of the next new term other than with prior approval of the Principal of the school or in circumstances beyond the parent’s control e.g. movement into the Borough.

Pupils are required to start at the school within two weeks of the start date offered and places cannot be held open beyond this period.  Applicants must be in a position to take up a place within this stated period.
